The "Vaccine Mandate" prioritizes fear over communication. 

Fear is a powerful motivator. It is also a great trait. Education is a resource that the world lacks, and so fear is all that's left.

How can we work to push education? That's a question the future is going to answer. It's either going to be mandates or communication.
