Japan Took Over X-Games in Minneapolis, Horigome on Top, Olympics Around the Corner

In less than a year skateboarding will be in the Olympics for the first time.

Things in the extreme sports universe are going well. Something particularly interesting happening in X-Games Street Skateboarding. Skaters from Japan are taking the top spots. 

Japan isn't new to skateboarding or even extreme sports, but walking away with Gold AND Bronze in competition with great competitors from across the world IS amazing.
